With over 15 years of experience in search and headhunting, I have established myself as a leading specialist in executive search. My strong sales profile and natural ability to understand people enables me to quickly identify and assess candidates' potential and business value.

As a business leader in the recruitment industry, I have developed successful talent attraction methods and trained many employees, contributing to our mutual success. I have had the privilege of participating in several growth journeys where I witnessed our clients and their employees develop and flourish.

Between 2011 and 2020, I successfully ran Ability together with my mother. We managed to be a profitable service sales company from start to finish and have left a big mark on many companies and their business structures. After we parted company ways in 2020, we have continued to have a great co-operation.
Since 2019, I have had the opportunity to work with Gebhardt Group and their Nordic expansion, where I appointed key people and supported the CEO with personnel issues. Today, Gebhardt Nordic has project sales of approximately SEK 400 million in the Nordic region. I have also contributed to significant company acquisitions in the industry.
